Louise D. Phelps, President -- Ms. Phelps has been an owner and
publisher of her own newspaper companies in two areas of the
country, through acquisition and new product launch. She
has been successful in head to head competition with major
metro, regional daily newspapers and large shopper companies. Additionally,
she has served as editor and publisher, advertising director,
circulation director and alternate delivery director for The
Oshkosh Northwestern Company, Oshkosh, WI., and Chronicle
Publishing Company of San Francisco. She has also served as
Associate Publisher/Sales for Lawyers Weekly Publications, one
of the country's leading niche newspaper, book and daily fax
publishers for the legal industry.
Lou is a frequent
national and international program chair, speaker and
facilitator in the newspaper industry, including for INMA, NNA,
NAA, ICMA and API, including working with newspaper publishers
in Russia, and has extensive key executive leadership training
and mentoring credentials.

Richard Lasky, Associate--Mr. Lasky is known as a sales guru, qualified to lead sales training strategies or step in as an "acting executive" in a retail advertising position in an emergency situation.
Rich has extensive experience in the niche publications field, having served as both publisher and advertising director of one of the largest parenting magazine groups in the U.S., and as ad director at a number of other niche publications.
His experience in negotiating printing contracts, working with national ad agencies and in the events marketing arena aid him in helping PC&A's clients improve profitability and generate new revenues.
Rich also has extensive experience in marketing, acquisitions, advertising and sales of major residential and commercial properties throughout the country.
He has held the title of president and publisher of Family Communications, Inc. in New York, NY; been president and COO of Richard Stevens Communications Group, an advertising agency specializing in the audio and musical instrument fields working with accounts such as MXR Innovations, Ampeg, Sony Professional, Sound Workshop; been advertising director and manager of Rolling Stone Magazine and was a stockbroker with Bruns, Nordeman & Rea., NY, NY.
